Day at the Beach

On day two of our mini vacation we headed to Newport and spent the day soaking up some sun.  I don't have a ton of pictures from this day, but one thing that sticks out in my mind was the HUGE amount of sand that Jack had covered himself in!  It was insane.  The sunblock was like glue and it stuck everywhere! 

Sea World

After our Fourth of July festivities, we headed down to San Diego for a short family vacation. On Thursday we spent the day at Sea World. It was a beautiful day and the kids were in awe with all of the animals! Sea World has a super fun kid area that Ella and Jack loved; with rides, climbing areas, and water play. Looking forward to our next family vacay!

4th of July 2012

4th of July was so much fun this year!  We started the day with a 4th of July parade and brunch with great friends, afternoon swimming and BBQ with family, and a night of amazing fire works.  4th of July has become one of my favorite holidays and this was definitely a holiday to remember!

Cousins

This picture makes me smile! I hope they have as much fun growing up together as I did with my cousins. They play together so well and truly enjoy each others company.

2012 Company Picnic

My company picnic this year was at Knott's Berry Farm. I feel so lucky to work for a company that still finds it important to do things like company picnics; it seems to be pretty rare these days. Uncle Mike went with the kids and I. We had an awesome time hanging out in Camp Snoopy and the food was yummy!! If I could have hidden an extra piece of boysenberry pie in my purse I would have!  Spending a special day with my kiddos was great!  Thank you San Manuel!

Looks like it's not only the ladies that like eye liner in the house! Jack was a little too quiet so I went to check on him and found him elbow deep in my make up bag covered in eye liner. This child never fails to keep us on our toes.
